Available to Australian brides only

Borrow up to three sample gowns to try on at home, free of charge.

STEP 1
Browse our online store and choose your favourite gown(s).

STEP 2
Use our size chart to choose your closest size. 

STEP 3
Click on the "Free Home Try-On" button.

STEP 4
Follow the instructions to input your credit card or PayPal account details. A temporary hold will be placed on your funds, for $500.00 per sample gown. 

Once the sample gown is returned to us the hold on your funds will be lifted and you will not be charged. You will not be making a payment, only an authorisation for your funds to be held until the sample gown is returned to us. This process is similar to when a hotel swipes your credit card in case you disappear with the contents of the mini-bar. 

Your funds will be held by PayPal, who act as a middle-person, so you will be covered by their Buyer Protection.

STEP 5
We will deliver the sample gowns to your door.

STEP 6
Once you receive the sample gowns you will have 48 hours to try on.

STEP 7
Return the sample gowns in the postbag provided. Please take the postbag to your local Australia Post office to be scanned. We will lift the hold on your credit card funds as soon as we receive the sample gowns.

STEP 8
Below are your options:

1. Contact us to place an order for your made-to-measure gown. You will be emailed an invoice for the full price of your gown.

2. Return the sample gowns. No charge to your account.
